3. Lost Packages and Delivery Issues

If a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but has not been received, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier and file a claim. Once the carrier confirms delivery, we cannot be held responsible for the package. If tracking information shows no movement or delivery within a reasonable timeframe, customers should reach out to us for assistance.
